Directory

Medical billing companies

This directory lists 142 medical billing and RCM companies in one place — every firm a real, operating business, every claim sourced, every gap marked “Not reported.” It is not a ranking. Companies appear alphabetically by default; search and filters only narrow the view.

We publish what each firm says about itself, dated, and we leave pricing, payer networks, performance claims, and reviews out entirely — because they can’t be checked from outside, and guessed answers cost buyers real money.

Browse by specialty below, or answer a few questions and we’ll match you.

How we decide who’s listed: we verify every company is a real firm with a working website before listing it — the current inventory was verified September 22, 2026. Each listing shows the firm’s public information — name, website, location, services, specialties — with sources labeled as verified, self-described, or not reported. The list is alphabetical by default, and sponsored placements, when they exist, are labeled separately and never affect inclusion or order. Read the full methodology →

All 142 companies, listed alphabetically. There is no “recommended” order: alphabetical is the only arrangement that asks you to assume nothing about quality. Search and the filters below just narrow this same list. Today no company has paid for any placement on this page; if sponsored placements are ever sold, they will appear in a separately labeled section — never mixed into this list.

Before you choose

What you won't find here, and what to ask instead

Four things buyers care about most can’t be verified from public sources, so we don’t publish them — for any company, including ones that would look good:

  • Pricing — billing firms price by percentage of collections, per-claim, or flat monthly fees, negotiated per practice. Ask: “What’s your fee structure, what’s included, and what triggers extra charges?”
  • Payer networks — contract participation isn’t public. Ask: “Which payers are you contracted with, and which do you bill out-of-network?”
  • Performance (denial rates, A/R aging) — unverifiable from outside, and self-reported numbers aren’t comparable between firms. Ask: “What are your first-pass denial rate and A/R over 90 days for a practice like mine?”
  • Reviews and ratings — we don’t score firms we haven’t audited. Ask: “Can I speak with three current clients in my specialty?”

Narrowing 142 companies to a shortlist

Five questions that get you to a decision

Filters get you to candidates; these five questions get you to a decision. Score every finalist on the same five factors before you call anyone:

  1. Specialty fit — have they billed your specialty at your volume? The specialty links above show who publicly serves it.
  2. Service scope — full revenue cycle, or billing-only with you handling credentialing and denials? Their listing says what they offer; confirm the seams.
  3. Workflow and systems — which EHR/PM systems do they work in natively, and what’s their onboarding process?
  4. Contract terms — length, termination notice, and who owns the data if you leave.
  5. Reporting and references — what you’ll see monthly, and three clients you can call.
