BillingFirms is a directory of medical billing and revenue cycle management companies. It is an information service. It is free for practices.

We are not a billing company, a law firm, or an agent for either side. When you contact a firm through this site, the contract is between you and that firm. We are not a party to it, we do not negotiate it, and we earn no share of it.

A match request sends your practice details to firms you choose, or to firms that fit your filters. Talking to a firm is your decision.

Profiles begin with public information about each company. We do not invent services, specialties, or results.

• Claimed means someone at the firm verified the listing through a link sent to the firm’s email address. It is not an audit and not an endorsement.
• Featured means paid placement. Featured firms appear in a separately labeled sponsored section — never mixed into the alphabetical directory list — and always carry a Featured label.

Everyone else is listed alphabetically. We publish no ratings, rankings, or reviews.

By listing a firm on BillingFirms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to publish it, and that you will keep it current.

Your company name, logo, and content remain your property. You grant us a license to display them on this site for as long as your listing is live.

Featured placement is a monthly subscription billed through our payment partner, Creem. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we do not refund partial months.

We may edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful, or that breaks these terms.

• Do not submit false information about a practice or a firm.
• Do not scrape the directory in bulk or resell its data.
• Do not use the site to send spam or unlawful content.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice. Compliance decisions, including HIPAA obligations, remain yours.

The design, text, and code of this site belong to BillingFirms. You may link to any page. You may not copy the directory or present it as your own.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or a good fit for your practice. Check every firm yourself before you sign anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillingFirms is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and is not liable for disputes or contracts between practices and firms. If a court finds us liable anyway, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. For practices, that amount is usually zero, because the site is free.

We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Washington and of the United States. Disputes go to the courts there.
